The Travel Agency " Intertust Travel" has been established in Piraeus in 1981, and began it's business course by offering travel services, mainly to business houses and maritime companies. It was the first travel agency that during 1987 installed the Sabre CRS system for airline reservations in Greece. Later on it was extended with an office in Athens, while began cooperating with travel agencies abroad. Fruit of this international cooperation has been the establishment of I.T.A (International Travel Association - http://www.ita-travel.com ) out of the initiative of ten travel agents, one of which was Mr. Petros Vinieratos, director of our agency. Our office today retains the presidency of this association This organization has members all around the world, represented by one travel agent from every country, who is responsible to represent exclusively his country, to promote it's tourism products, and to inform the members of the union about the tourist and cultural activities of his or her country, always pursuing the lowest prices of each market, to the benefit of their worldwide clientele. Intertrust Travel, by it's own initiative has hosted with great success such reunions of the ITA members. Our agency is participating to many Travel organizations in Greece and abroad, such as HATTA, ASFA, ITA, ETN). Intertrust has been also one of the pioneer offices in the creation of fare database programs’ for the development of sharing special prices between travel agents around the world. This creation evolved through the internet in what today consists of the systems of on line bookings, that give the opportunity to the travel agents and the airlines to sell their products directly to the internet users, achieving worldwide low prices in all kinds of travel services. Our office, with it's twenty five year experience, may be your travel consultant and be constantly at your disposal for a variety of travel related services such as : airline tickets, boat tickets & cruises, hotel reservations, car rental, VIP & limo service, private aircraft & helicopters.
